On April 24th, Indirect Lending Technologies, L.L.C. will change its name to Integrated Lending Technologies, LLC. ILT owns and operates the web-based DILLS™ system for managing the indirect lending process as well as PILS®, a system for managing remote unsecured lending. More than 90 credit unions use one or both of its systems.
Neither the ownership nor management of the Company has changed, according to ILT President, William C. McGregor. "We just think that the new name better reflects what we do. When we added PILS® to our product offering we realized we had probably outgrown our name. And over the last couple of years we've been very busy integrating our products with other specialized solutions and core management systems. It's very clear that no single company is going to develop the perfect set of solutions for every application, and lenders want the ability to choose which solutions are best suited for their needs. "This means", continued Mr. McGregor, "that, successful, technology companies like ours must concentrate on what we do best but make integration among our products and others a top priority."
ILT is headquartered in Salt Lake City and has clients in 18 States.
